If your nose-pads are deteriorating and about to fall off, it's time for some new ones. We have replacement nose pads to fit just about any frame made. They are available in soft silicone or flexible vinylon. Prices are for one pair of nose pads.
They come in 3 different mounting types, the drop down boxes above include:
"Screw-on" is the most common type, these have a tiny screw holding them in a little box on the end of the nose pad arm, we will include a pair of screws with these. You'll need a jewelers screwdriver to replace these.
"Snap-in" is the second most common (used by Randolph Engineering and lots of other manufacturers), these just plug-in into a little square box on the end of the nose pad arm. Replacing these usually requires removing the end of the old broken-off nose pad, you can do this by digging out the old barb with a pin or needle.
"Crimp-on" is an old fashioned type that has 2 metal tabs that you bend over the end of the nose pad arm. Ray-Ban is about the only manufacturer using this type of mounting, they are available in 17MM vinylon size only. These are the most difficult to replace. You can pry the old ones off with a small jewelers screwdriver, and install the new ones by using a pair of needle nose pliers to bend down the tabs over the nose pad arms.
Soft Silicone nose pads (prices are for one pair): 9mm Silicone small round pads, 15mm Silicone small tear-drop pads, 17mm Silicone medium tear-drop pads, 19mm Silicone large tear-drop pads
Replacement Vinylon nose pads (prices are for one pair): 17mm Vinylon medium tear-drop pads
The "Crimp-on" nose pads like Ray-Ban uses are available in this size: 17mm Vinylon medium tear-drop pads
