NYLON 2052 FRAME, designed for rough service

A really tough and "in style" nylon frame for either prescription glasses, custom-made non-prescription glasses or just as replacements for a frame you already have. This frame has been around for over 40 years, has been in our top 8 sellers every year since we have had them. The durable nylon frame material is designed for years of use, will take more abuse than any other plastic frame, if you are hard on eyewear you might give these a try. The frame is 142mm wide (5 1/2") with 145mm temples (5 3/4"), fits medium to large faces best. You can order this frame out as a "Try-on" frame to see if it will work for you. "Try-on” program, brings the store to you. . .

 Shopping by mail or the internet does have some disadvantages, trying to determine what frame you want, the size, fit, color, etc. This is why we have a “Try-on” program—it takes the mystery out of ordering. By being able to try on frames in the comfort of your own home you'll find out which one looks and fits best. You should use this program if you've never worn the frame you want us to put prescriptions lenses in. If you use the try-on program (or have worn the frame before), you get our 30 day money-back guarantee.

How the “Try-on” program works:

1. Select the frames that appeal to you.

2. Order them like you were placing a normal order, only check one of the boxes labeled either "Buying to Keep" or "Buying to Try-on".

3. If you check the "Buying to Try-on" box we will include a return label and stamp for you to return your frames for refund. An extra charge of $3.80 will be charged you credit card for the "Try-on" to cover the return shipping.

This is all there is to it, here is what will happen when we ship:

We will bill your credit card like you were buying the frames to keep.

 Once you make a decision, you can return all of frames for refund, or keep what you need and return the rest. Some people prefer to get their local shop to put lenses in the frame.

If you want us to put lenses in the frame for you, either prescription or non-prescription, you can call before you ship them back so that we can go ahead and make your lenses. This will save a few days in us waiting for your frames to be returned.

The "Try-on" program allows you to try frames in the comfort and privacy of your home, away from sales people.
